This video makes it look like upgrading is easy, whereas if you listen carefully the upgrade process to Exchange 2007 SP1 in a Failover Cluster is very difficult, error prone and causes a full outage for a prolonged period. Please redo the video and show us all the pitfalls.

I agree with Bart. We have a GDC that is setup between the United Kingdom and San Diego and the CEO would go crazy being down for an extended period of time. As that was the reason he decided to move forward with a GDC to stay away from extended outages. THe video is good and informative, but going over how to calculate down time, etc... would be helpful as the boss is going to want to know.
